Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that due to the continuous rainfall yesterday, an NCM truck carrying our shipments was involved in an accident near Hetauda this morning. Owing to the slippery road conditions, the vehicle fell approximately 50 feet down a roadside slope.
Fortunately, the driver and support staff are safe, and there have been no serious injuries.
At present, efforts are underway to recover the vehicle and bring it back onto the road with the assistance of a JCB. As a result of this incident, the affected shipments scheduled for today will be delayed and may remain on hold for some time.
We kindly request your understanding regarding this situation and ask for your support in coordinating with customers as needed.
